1. Using our website

By accessing www.socialrehab.co.uk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or transmits unsolicited communications.

2. Our services

Social Rehab provides hospitality staffing, bar management consultancy, brand activation, and event logistics services.

Enquiries: Submitting a contact form or emailing us does not constitute a contract. A contract is only formed when we issue a written confirmation or service agreement signed by both parties.

Quotes: Any quote is valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings and payment

  • A deposit (as specified in your service agreement) is required to confirm a booking.

  • The remaining balance is due on the date specified in your agreement.

  • Payments are non-refundable except as set out in our cancellation policy.

  • We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw staff if payment is not received on time.

4. Our obligations

We will provide the services as described in your service agreement and ensure all staff are appropriately trained and presented. We cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our direct control, including venue issues, extreme weather, or third-party supplier failures.

5. Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@socialrehab.co.uk.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure). In such cases, we will refund any sums paid and will not be liable for further losses.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Social Rehab. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at www.socialrehab.co.uk/terms.
